First of all, make a res, unless you don’t mind hanging at the bar, which is equally cool. I walked into what looked like a bakery…there was a doorman who asked if I had a res, thank god I did. When I got to my table & looked at my menu I was slightly intimidated by all of the deliciousness. Thankfully I was with several foodies that were more than willing to go family style. I had Burgers, Fried Chicken, Guacamole, Beer, Mac & Cheese, & more Beer, ya know, healthy stuff. Dessert? No thanks, just the nearest exit, and yes I be back to eat the other side of the menu, thanks & goodbye! “Maria’s Don’t Miss” The Essex Street Burger

If you want yummy authentic Mexican food (which I love & could eat every day) Go here. Everything is delicious so you can’t go wrong. I like to add corn on the cobb (Elote) & a Jarrito to wash it all down.. cause that’s just how I roll!

It was as if a light was shining down on my plate from the heavens above. I got very still, very quiet. It was as if I had drifted off, and when I came to, my burger was gone. So rediculously, amazingly, delicious!!

Hands down best cookies in the city. They’re big enough to share but why would you ;)
